PURCHASE A HEART TODAY!

With a $5 donation, you can purchase a heart to help spread awareness for Huntington's Disease throughout our community and raise funds that support the thousands of San Diego families who are impacted by HD. Whether you know someone who is impacted by Huntington's Disease or just want to show support, simply write your name or a special message in the space provided in your heart.
 

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING

Step 1:  Purchase the heart online.
Step 2:  Click the link to download your heart (it will appear on the confirmation page just after you've purchased the heart)
Step 3:  Open the file (which will be a .pdf) and write your message.
Step 4:  Save the file and send it to jennifer.r.perks@gmail.com
Step 5:  Check out our hearts page to see your heart get posted.  We'll also post your heart on a social media pages!
Step 6:  Post your heart to your own social media and help spread the love using #HeartsforHuntingtons

Your heart will also be displayed for everyone to see on our website and social media pages.

At the end of February, we will randomly select one heart.
